Information and purposes
The app may process login email addresses, racer names and profiles, PSN identifiers, race results, championship standings, race attendance, messaging, notifications, protest submissions, and role or administrative records. Data is used to provide the racing community service, administer events, authenticate users and protect accounts. Relevant legal bases may include performance of the service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations.
Visibility
Racing standings, racer names and competition records may be visible to community members. Messages, protests and administrative information have different access permissions. Avoid posting sensitive personal information in messages or submissions.
Processors and storage
Supabase may provide authentication and database services, Cloudflare provides hosting, and email providers may send account notifications. Providers or subprocessors may process data outside the UK under applicable safeguards. Data is generally retained while accounts and racing records remain relevant, subject to deletion requests, operational backups and legal requirements. Exact retention and recipient arrangements require further verification.
Your rights
To request access, correction, deletion or account closure, contact [email protected] from your registered email. Historical competition results involving other racers may require a separate review before removal. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Essential authentication and app preferences may be stored on your device. This notice will be updated if additional analytics or tracking are confirmed.
